Notes on initial placement on the salary schedule:

1. Newly hired staff members will be placed on the salary schedule at a minimum step 3 or a maximum step 11 based on years of experience in the same field at the high school level.
2. Newly hired staff members will be placed in the Bachelor's (B+00) or Master's  (M+00) Degree lane. Staff may only receive lane advancement credit for semester hours initiated and completed while an employee of School District 108.
