  • The Illinois Freedom of Information Act is designed to ensure the public has access to information about its taxing bodies and their decision-making processes. The links on the left side of this page provide access to the mostly commonly requested information. If the information you are seeking is not found in these or other documents posted on this website, you may request copies of existing public documents using the procedures specified below.

    Procedure for submitting FOIA requests:
    Written requests may be submitted to the District by personal delivery, mail, facsimile, or e-mail using the FOIA Request to Inspect Records Form.

    No fees shall be charged for the first 50 pages of black and white, letter or legal sized copies requested. After the first 50 pages, the fee for black and white, letter or legal sized copies shall be 15¢ per page. Actual cost will be charged for other documents not of standard size and for the recording medium (e.g. compact disk, tape, DVD). The District may waive or reduce fees if the person requesting the records states the specific purpose for the request and indicates that a waiver or reduction of fees is in the public interest.

    LPHS Facts
    Lake Park High School District 108 serves approximately 2,600 students in grades nine through twelve.  Located in Roselle, Illinois, the District has two campuses.  Freshmen and sophomores attend East Campus, 600 South Medinah Road, while juniors and seniors attend West Campus, 500 West Bryn Mawr.  The District offices are located at 590 South Medinah Road in Roselle. 

    The Community
    Located 30 miles west of downtown Chicago, the District serves portions of RoselleBloomingdaleHanover Park, and Wood Dale, and all of Itasca, Keeneyville, and Medinah. The District's 50,000 residents enjoy access to forest preserves, public libraries, religious establishments, golf clubs, museums, theaters, and a multitude of restaurants.
