2024-2025 Registration

  • To prepare for registration, collect your documentation (such as a current tax bill, a current utility bill, a signed lease or rental contract, driver’s license and home or apartment certificate of insurance) and a valid debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). 

    Please carefully review this web page for grade-level forms that are required for enrollment and to participate in co-curriculars. The links include important supporting documents from the health office, student services, cafeteria, athletics department, and more.

  • Computer Access
    Families can access computers for online registration at either campus during regular business hours Monday through Thursday (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

    East Campus:  630-529-3324 (incoming freshmen and sophomores) 
    West Campus: 630-529-2264 (juniors and seniors)  

    Bus Routes and Textbook Distribution
    All students eligible for busing will receive detailed information about their bus route prior to textbook distribution scheduled for August 7 and August 8. West Campus students who live less than 1.5 miles from school may request transportation by calling 630-295-5331 and pay the associated fee ($234) to ride the bus. Please note that only students who have completed online registration will receive their schedules and be eligible for textbook distribution.

    West Campus Parking
    New this year, parking spaces will be assigned randomly with priority given to seniors for the first two weeks of registration through June 30. Families must complete the online registration process and pay in full the school fees/parking fee to receive a parking space.

    Online Athletics Registration
    Lake Park partners with FamilyID for online athletic registration. Students must be pre-registered before the season in order to participate in tryouts or practices. Parents/Guardians will be asked to create an account that will be used for all athletic registrations. The system allows users to upload physicals and insurance information in electronic form. Families can visit https://www.familyid.com/organizations/lake-park-high-school to get started and may register for multiple sports within a single season or multiple seasons..
