SWaP
The Social Workers and Psychologists, or SWaP, are a team of 6 individuals who serve the unique social emotional needs of all students at Lake Park High School. There is one social worker assigned to each of the graduating classes. These social workers start with their graduating class freshman year at East Campus and then travels with their class when they transition to West Campus for junior year. Each of the campuses has one school psychologist to serve their students. These psychologists stay in their assigned buildings and do not travel with graduating classes.
