College of DuPage

The College of DuPage (COD) is Lake Park High School's community college. There are several post-secondary pathways when taking courses at COD:

  1. Degree programs

  • Students take courses at COD to earn an Associate's Degree.

  • Students can then transfer to a 4-year college or university to finish their Bachelor's degree or go directly into the workforce.

  1. Certificate programs

  • Certificate courses of study are designed for students not pursuing an associate's degree but who are interested in taking technical or professional courses needed to enter a field of employment or to update current skills. Most courses taken in a certificate program may be applied to a degree in the same field of study.
