Lake Park High School consists of one high school divided into two campuses in northeast DuPage County. Freshmen and sophomores attend East Campus while juniors and seniors attend West Campus. Lake Park High School District 108 serves all or part of the following communities: Roselle, Itasca, Bloomingdale, Keeneyville, Medinah, Wood Dale and Hanover Park.

Any senior student who scores a "meets" or "exceeds" on specific areas of the PSAE or IAA may opt out of taking first semester final exams in Consumer Education, Economics AP, or any course offered in the following subject areas: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In addition to meeting the PSAE/IAA requirements, senior students are also required to maintain a B or better in any class where they wish to utilize an exemption.
The Lake Park ACT Test Preparation Course develops the skills to improve ACT scores. In addition to English, science, reading and mathematics preparation, the course emphasizes test-taking strategies and techniques. Students can choose to take this course either on Saturday mornings, or Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. Registration before December 18 is $190; after December 18 is $210. Illinois School Board Elections will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. During the April election, three 4-year positions will be available to serve on the Lake Park High School District 108 Board of Education. Eligible candidates are invited to pick up an informational packet from Lake Park to learn more about the district, curriculum and operating procedures of the school board. Packets may be picked up in person at the Administration Center, 590 S. Medinah Rd., Roselle or by contacting Deb Peltz at (630) 295-5411 or email@example.com prior to the board candidate filing deadline.
Students and parents are invited to view a presentation to understand information about Advanced Placement (AP) offerings, exams, benefits, myths, realities and next steps. Through a partnership with Glenbard High School District 87, Lake Park joins high schools like
Naperville North and Central, Downers Grove North and South, and York who also promote the Glenbard
Parent Series (GPS) to their families through monthly flyers and website announcements.
The purpose of GPS is to assist and facilitate real-world parenting skills, enhance teens' social and emotional development, and promote respect-based relationships that will keep adolescents safe. An established and comprehensive parent program with 30 years of experience, GPS provides national speakers at no cost to attendees to helps communities become educated and proactive. Home Access Center (HAC) is available for the 2014-15 school year to view your student's grades, teachers, test scores and transcripts. The site and step-by-step instructions for usage can be accessed by clicking here.
Additionally, the online fee payment system is available for all families to conveniently make payment towards any outstanding school debt. Parents can access this system by clicking here and logging in with their current registration information and pin for Online Registration. The site is also available via HAC. Benefits of the online system include 24/7 availability and the elimination of writing checks for student fees. For questions or assistance accessing the fee payment system, call (630) 295-5331.
Lake Park students are taking a stand against bullying by raising social awareness and empathy among their peers. Please click here to report a bullying incident or concern.
