Are you planning an on campus college visit? Please fill out this form to report your absence to the attendance office! Once your counselor receives this completed form with proof of attendance, the absence will change to excused. Students are eligible to take up to 5 approved college visit days.  Proof of attendance is required.

During the academic year, representatives from many colleges/universities visit Lake Park to meet with juniors and seniors and to provide information regarding their institutions. The schedule for attending a college representative visit are on SchooLinks. Check back often as new representatives are scheduled daily!

• • Register for the visit on SchooLinks under "School Events" on the Home/Dashboard screen.

  • Have your teacher sign the College Visit Pass (pick one up in the CCC or Counseling Office) at LEAST ONE DAY prior to the visit you want to attend. Students are responsible for making up any missed classwork.

  • Come to the College/Career Center on the assigned date and class period for the visit.

    • Your attendance will be recorded in the College/Career Center.
