Transcript Requests
Student transcript request must be in writing including the student’s signature. Please download the request form by clicking here. Request must be mailed to the Registrar, Lake Park High School West Campus, 500 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Roselle, IL 60172. Faxes or email will not be accepted. Please include $1.00 per transcript and allow a turn-around time of 2 – 3 weeks.
2008 Distinguished Alumni announced
The Distinguished Alumni Recognition Program is a program of the Lake Park Educational
Foundation which annually recognizes alumni who have distinguished themselves in academic,
literary, business, artistic or public service endeavors and who, through their accomplishments,
have brought great credit to themselves and to their alma mater. This year's 2008
Distinguished Alumni come from very different backgrounds. Beth Yeager Ahern, Richard
Kolomay, and Jason Pankau will be inducted into the Wall of Fame during a day of special events on
March 13, 2008.
